When will I receive my order?
We will do our best to ship your package within two business days from the date your order was created. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing all the information regarding traceability.
Where do you ship your products from?
All our products are shipped from our physical jewelry store, located in Via Venezia, 41/43 81034 Mondragone, Campania
Was my order successful?
We have several verification steps after placing an order, to guarantee our customers the highest level of security.
If your order was successful, you should receive an order confirmation within 2 hours to the email address you entered on the checkout page. Please also check your junk mail, the confirmation email could be there!

Return policies
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return it. You can easily return your order by following 2 simple steps:
1) prepare the package, you can use our own packaging as long as it is well sealed.
2) deliver the package to the nearest post office, the cost is 8.00 euros.
Fill in the shipping label with the data you find inside the package.

How is the refund made?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can immediately request a refund on the order placed. The refund methods depend on the payment method chosen at the time of the order:
1. PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL: the reversal is made directly via PayPal.
2. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: the refund will be credited only to the credit card used for the purchase.
The refund will be made immediately after receiving the package made.
Discount codes
Promotional codes can be used on all products, even on those already discounted. You will be able to use your coupons during sales periods or other promotions but you cannot use multiple codes at the same time.
