Terms and conditions of the service

the placing of the order implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Aemmeoro Di Abate Massimo will send, after the conclusion of the order, an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.

The user is invited to print the e-mail and keep it. If he does not receive it, the consumer is invited to contact our customer service.

In the event of any impossibility, even temporary, to partially or totally fulfill the order, Aemmeoro Di Abate Massimo will promptly contact the user to make arrangements, without prejudice to the possibility for the user to request cancellation, even partial, of the order and the refund of the corresponding amount already paid.

Should the user's data prove to be incomplete or otherwise inaccurate (so as to make delivery of the package impossible), Aemmeoro.com will contact the user before processing the order.

The prices of the Products published on the site from time to time cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products.
Prices include transport except in cases where purchases are made outside the territory Italian.

Payment takes place at the same time as the order is placed on the PayPal site by credit card or other payment methods accepted by this service.

The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods by written communication to be sent to Aemmeoro Di Abate Massimo – Via Venezia, 41/43, 81304, Mondragone, Campania by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. This communication must contain the data necessary to identify the order, the will to renounce the purchase and the product or products for which it is intended to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the fiscal document (Invoice or delivery note).

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer undertakes to return the products received to the same address used for the registered letter in unaltered conditions and in the original packaging. The right of withdrawal is instead excluded for undelivered products, due to the absence of the Customer from the place of delivery and for those which, upon collection, are altered or deteriorated due to the delay caused by the Customer.

If the withdrawal is made according to the methods and terms set out above, any amount already paid for the products is credited to the buyer by bank transfer to the account in his name.

The refund is made as quickly as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date on which Aemmeoro.com, having received notice of the withdrawal by the Customer, also receives the ordered goods intact and in the original packaging to the following Aemmeoro address. com – Via Venezia, 41/43, 81304, Mondragone, CampaniaThe costs for returning the Products to Aemmeoro.com are non-refundable and remain, by law, charged to the customer.

Any complaint must be addressed to Aemmeoro Di Abate Massimo by sending an email to barbato.gioielli@virgilio.it, by telephone at the number 081.561.58.16 or by mail by writing to Aemmeoro Di Abate Massimo - Via Venezia, 41/43, 81304, Mondragone, Campania. The sales contract between the Customer and Aemmeoro Di Abate Massimo is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Naples.
